• Industry Standard Package – A competitive rate based on a salary scale with a 3 month Guarantee Period. Competitive Market Rates

• Pay As You Go Package – Spread the cost of recruiting permanently over 13 weeks, undertaking a Temp to Perm process without additional charges

• Exclusivity Package – Entrust Flowers Associates solely and you will receive: – A Competitive Discount, Featured Job Advertising and Candidate Profiling at interview stage

• *Profiling: - To further enhance our quality of service, we offer job specific psychometric testing that provides in depth reports to enable our clients to "get under the bonnet" further to ascertain the best "culture fit" when making that all important decision.
