Additionally, we are also volunteering our time to the Leicestershire Education Business Company, providing classroom based skills and career advice to GCSE students within local schools.  With Adam Flowers, Director & accountancy recruitment specialist, undertaking the first session on 6th February 09 with a group of students from New College. During 2008, Flowers Associates got involved with Western Park Golf Club’s Junior Coaching Programme.  This has been a huge success in attracting over 60 young golf enthusiasts undertaking 6 weeks of valuable coaching.  Flowers Associates donated money to purchase team shirts and trophies in order to help in the competitive side of the project.  The success of the coaching has seen Flowers Associates continuing our involvement in 2009.
